These Terms explain how you may use eSIM data plans ("Data Plans"), websites, applications, and third-party add-on features and value-added services that accompany certain Data Plans ("Add-on Features"). All of the above are collectively referred to as ("Services").

These Terms only apply when you use the Services for personal (non-commercial) purposes. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, the business terms of service shall apply.

Updates to Terms

We may modify and update these Terms from time to time to comply with the law, follow regulatory orders, add or remove features, fix bugs, clarify terms, prevent abuse, or for other legitimate reasons. You understand that it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If material changes are made, we will notify you in advance. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Legally Binding Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By creating an account, downloading software, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Services Provided

eSIM Data Plans

We offer eSIM Data Plans based on eSIM functionality. An eSIM contains a digital profile downloaded to your device. The data volume and duration will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. After the duration expires, any remaining service will be forfeited. Services are pre-paid only.

Geolocation Services

To ensure accurate currency display and applicable payment methods, this website integrates third-party geolocation services (Cloudflare IP) to detect your region based on your IP address.

Add-on Features

Certain Data Plans may include complimentary add-on content. Availability depends on the third-party provider offering that content. If an add-on feature is unavailable, it will not affect your core eSIM Data Plan.

Registration Process & Third-Party Login (OAuth)

To complete registration, you must provide certain information (e.g., your name, email address, billing information). All information must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Your account is non-transferable.

We support login via Facebook, LINE, Google, and Apple. You agree and authorize us to receive, store, and use basic personal data from these platforms in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Orders & Payment

• Device Requirements: You must have an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device.
• Activation Period: Your eSIM Data Plan must be installed and activated within 180 days of purchase.
• Billing: The validity period begins when you connect to a local network and use the first 1MB of data, or when the plan reaches its final expiration date.
• Tokenization: We use PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) for secure checkout. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.

Fair Usage Policy

Roaming2's Data Plans are designed for personal everyday travel use.

• Consumer Use Only: Data Plans may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, or group use.
• Excessive Use: If usage is abnormally high or negatively impacts others, roaming2 reserves the right to intervene.
• High-Speed Data Allowance: After the daily high-speed allowance is used up, connection speed will be reduced. The allowance resets every 24 hours.
• Prohibited Conduct: Users are strictly prohibited from using the Services for any illegal or abusive purposes.

Service Suspension

We may suspend Services for upgrades or maintenance and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. When required by applicable law, regulation, or competent authority order, we reserve the right to suspend without notice.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for correctly configuring your device. If your device is lost or stolen while Service is active, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

Charges & Payment

Services operate on a prepaid basis. Fees include applicable VAT and any sales taxes levied by relevant authorities. You must provide a valid payment method, such as a credit/debit card or other options available on our website. Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Services without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services.
