1. Full Refund for Unactivated Plans
You may be eligible for a 100% full refund if your eSIM meets the following conditions:
- The eSIM has been purchased but has not been installed or activated on any device.
- The request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
- The plan has not exceeded its validity period.
Note: Plans with a 180-day activation window may be eligible for a 100% full refund if not installed within 30 days.
2. Pro-rata Refund for Activated Plans (Subject to Review)
If your eSIM has been installed and data usage has started, you may apply for a pro-rata refund. Such requests require our team to verify actual data consumption.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on remaining data balance and unexpired validity.
- Subject to manual review to determine the final refund amount.
- Refunds for activated plans are subject to reasonable administrative fees.
3. Expired Plans Are Non-Refundable
Once a data plan has exceeded its validity period, no refund or compensation of any kind will be provided, regardless of whether data has been used or a balance remains.
4. Refund Process
- Submit your request via email within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
- roaming2 will complete the review process within 10 business days.
- Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your issuing bank.
5. Refund Limitations and Denial Rights
We reserve the right to deny refunds under the following circumstances:
- The data plan has been fully consumed.
- The data plan's validity period has expired.
- The refund request is submitted more than 30 calendar days after the purchase date.
- The plan was purchased through an unauthorized reseller or third party.
- Evidence of abuse or violation of our fair usage policy is found.
- The reason for the refund is device incompatibility listed in our incompatible device list that was available before purchase.
