After exhausting your daily data allowance, "Daily Data Plans" typically enter a throttled state (most plans throttle to 1Mbps, sufficient for messaging apps and map navigation), with full speed restored after 24 hours. Most plans support hotspot sharing. However, please note that Fair Usage Policies (FUP) apply to all plans. Downloading extremely large amounts of data within a short period (such as 4K videos or system updates) may trigger temporary speed throttling by your carrier.

Refunds and After-Sales Service

Yes. As long as your eSIM has not been installed, or has been installed but not activated (has not consumed any data), you may request a 100% full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Yes. If the service is already activated but needs to be interrupted for any reason, you may apply for a "pro-rated refund." We will calculate the refund based on the proportion of unused data (if the refund amount is less than 2 USD, the company reserves the right to convert it into store credit).

Once an internet plan expires, no refunds or compensation will be provided regardless of whether the data allowance has been fully used.
