We recommend completing the installation on the day of departure or while waiting at the airport, using a stable Wi-Fi connection. Upon arrival at your destination, simply activate the eSIM and enable "Data Roaming" to connect to the internet.
Please verify the following: 1) The eSIM number is activated; 2) The "Mobile Data" source is switched to this eSIM; 3) Ensure "Data Roaming" is enabled; 4) Confirm the eSIM status via the link in the email. If no signal is detected, try toggling Airplane Mode to prompt your phone to rescan.
Don't worry, our eSIM supports rescan. You can re-add the eSIM using the information in your purchase confirmation email before your data plan expires. However, to avoid service interruptions, we still recommend not deleting it after installation.
Traffic, Internet Speed, and Computing
No. Our plan activation begins when you use the first 1MB of data. Additionally, a day is defined as a continuous 24-hour period, not reset at midnight. This ensures you receive a full 24 hours of usage time.
This depends on your plan type. After exhausting your daily data allowance, "Daily Data Plans" typically enter a throttled state (most plans throttle to 1Mbps, sufficient for messaging apps and map navigation), with full speed restored after 24 hours. "Total Data Plans" cease service once the allowance is depleted. For specific details, please refer to the "Throttling Policy" on the data usage inquiry page.
Most plans support hotspot sharing. However, please note that Fair Usage Policies (FUP) apply to all plans. Downloading extremely large amounts of data within a short period (such as 4K videos or system updates) may trigger temporary speed throttling by your carrier.

Refunds and After-Sales Service
Yes. As long as your eSIM has not been installed, or has been installed but not activated (has not consumed any data), you may request a 100% full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Yes. If the service is already activated but needs to be interrupted for any reason, you may apply for a "pro-rated refund." We will calculate the refund based on the proportion of unused data (if the refund amount is less than 2 USD, the company reserves the right to convert it into store credit).
Once an internet plan expires, no refunds or compensation will be provided regardless of whether the data allowance has been fully used.
